The Provider Portal application will be unavailable Sundays between 12:30 PM CST - 6:00 PM CST for regularly scheduled maintenance.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the most current version (114) of Chrome. Our team is working quickly to resolve this issue. If you have not updated Chrome to version 114, then you will have no issues. If your browser has been updated to the latest version of Chrome, then a work around is to use Edge or Firefox.
