Due to some continued group membership, provider status, and system issues, the implementation of the Rehabilitative program for Anthem’s Commercial Membership will remain temporarily delayed. Claims with dates of service beginning July 1 will not require a prior authorization. An update will be provided by the end of July. If you have an urgent issue, please contact the Rehab hotline at (844) 423-0883.
The Provider Portal application will be unavailable Sundays between 12:30 PM CST - 6:00 PM CST for regularly scheduled maintenance.
